Agenda papers including, amongst other things:

- communications from Senior Regional Officer regarding: use of cleansing stations by military for bathing; use of Methodist Church Schoolroom, Cauldwell Street, Bedford as a First Aid Party Depot; pilfering of electric light bulbs in Bedford Borough public shelters; flares used by Luftwaffe; disposal of unexploded parachute mines; approximate number of bombing incidents in region [199 in Bedfordshire from Sep 1940 - Feb 1941]; proposal to split Central Area; Wardens' Post at The Barns, High Street, Kempston; erection of twelve domestic surface shelters at Yielden; RAF decoy sites;

- communications from Ministry of Health regarding: equipment for Medical Aid Posts in public shelters; requisitioning of premises for use as evacuee reception centres; Civil Nursing Reserve; convalescent homes set up by Joint War Organisation of British Red Cross Society & Order of St.John; rules for public shelters in Bedford and
