Lease (counterpart) for 12 years of Atherfield Farm in parish of Brighstone, with two built cottages, containing 254 acres and 16 perches. Also two small pieces of land, lately occupied by Barnabas Hale lying intermixed within the said farm (containing one acre), except for two pieces of land and a small withy bed, one of them adjoining to Meadlands and the other with the withy bed lying opposite near to the house of the said Barnabas Hale and except for one cottage and piece of land now occupied by the Collector of Customs and likewise all timber, trees etc.
