Draft abstract of title (1871) of John Brown, esq., to premises in Foleshill and Wyken, called Foleshill Farm, commencing with indentures of lease and release, dated 28 and 29 September 1830 between Francis James Sumner of Glossop, co. Derbyshire, cottonspinner, of the first part, the Reverend John Brown of Trinity College, Cambridge, clerk, of the second part, and Thomas Brown of Kinwarton, gent., of the third part, and ending with an assignment, dated 8 February 1866, between John Cookson of Meldon Park co. Northumberland, esq., and George Baker Keeling of Lydney, co. Glos., esq., of the one part and the Reverend Thomas Fell of Sheepy, co. Leics., clerk, and Frederick Elton of Redland in the city of Bristol, merchant.
