Derbyshire, cottonspinner, of the first part, the Reverend John Brown of Trinity College, Cambridge, clerk, of the second part, and Thomas Brown of Kinwarton, gent., of the third part, and ending with an assignment, dated 8 February 1866, between John Cookson of Meldon Park co. Northumberland, esq., and George Baker Keeling of Lydney, co. Glos., esq., of the one part and the Reverend Thomas Fell of Sheepy, co. Leics., clerk, and Frederick Elton of Redland in the city of Bristol, merchant.
