Defeasance under terms of an award 26 September 1809 by Henry Cherry of Ridge Hill in Sutton, Gent., and Thomas Percival of Besley, Gent., arbitrators in a case concerning conditions of a lease conveyed from party 2 to party 1; of terms of obligation of a Bond of Arbitration in £500, 23 September 1809. Concerning lands in Pott Shrigley, Bollington and Rainow.
