Edward Booth, Esq., 8 Church Crescent, Church End Finchley to D'arcy Cooper, Esq. asking for his help regarding the arrangements they discussed regarding his Co-Partnership Scrip which was to be exchanged for a Preferential Certificate. W. Edward Booth is querying the fact that he has not received payment for the Preferential Certificate.
