Articles for a settlement on the marriage of John Huckell, of Stratford upon Avon, chandler, and Phebe, daughter of Thomas Badger, senior, of Stratford, brazier, whereby the firstnamed, in consideration of a marriage portion of £500, covenants to convey to trustees in settlement two messuages in High Street, in the tenure of himself and George Corfield, and all his messuages, lands, etc. in Welford; with provisions in default of issue, etc.
