Sir George Cooke of Wheatley, Yorks, bart and Bryan Cooke, esq., his son John Blow of Furnival's Inn, London, gent and Tyrrill Blow, gent, his son. Brian Nevile of Kensington, Middlesex, esq and Gervase Nevile his son.
Concerning lands and property in Wheatley, Arksey, Doncaster and Bentley (listed in full).
All parties agree to suffer a Common Recovery to Nevile and his son. Thereafter the lands are to be put in successive trusts, firstly to Sir George Cooke and his heirs male, with provision made for default.
The lands are subject to certain provisions (specified).
Endorsement: that Sir George and Bryan Cooke revoke all uses and trusts contained in the settlement (14th June 1711).
