Exemplification of preceedings in the Court of Exchequer at Westminster, from the record contained in the book of orders and decrees for Michaelmas term 1652, leaf [blank], remaining in the custody of the First (or Keepers') Remembrancer, between Charles Bentley esq. complainant and Henry Clarke and others defendants concerning the rectory and tithes of Great Kington.

Exemplification dated 28 November 1653.
