'Port Amherst alias Cape Negro Harbour'. Survey shows coastline, hydrography, anchorages, wreck sites (wreck of a brig bound to New Brunswick), topography, land marks, sight lines and remarks. Colour manuscript. North point with compass indicator. Scale: 3.75 inches to 2 miles. Assigned by 'G R [George Richard] Pechell'. Endorsed with black ink: 'Received from Captain G R [George Richard] Pechell, HMS Bellette, Augst [August] 1820' with stamp: 'Hydrographical Office' and 'Cape Negro Harbour SW [south west] coast of Nova Scotia'
