Conveyance of land & Release of claims

Recites Lease & Release d/21 & 22 Jun 1837 between John Shelley, livery stable keeper (1), the sd John Snook (2), & Edw Harrison, gt (3); Also recites that the land so conveyed adjoins to & some time since formed pt of a field now the property of sd Wil Anthony F. which it is intended to be let on building lease & which has been recently marked & staked out; Also recites that 2 pieces land (described below) will be required by sd Wil Anthony F. for widening pt of a rd; Also recites agreemt between sd John S. & Wil Anthony F. to exchange certain pieces of land to facilitate the development; Also recites that sd John S. owns a cap mes or dwelling ho called Wilton Ho with a piece land once forming pt of sd Wil Anthony F.'s field; Also recites that sd John S. has certain rights to prevent bldg on certain pts of the land; Also recites that sd Wil Anthony F. does not recognise such rights but that sd John S. will release certain of them

Re piece land in length from N to S 135ft & in beadth E to W 16ft bounded on N by pt of sd field of sd Wil Anthony F. lately thrown into & now forming pt of a rd called Bedford Terrace Rd & of the footway, on E by sd Bedford Terr Rd, on S partly by sd Bedford Terr Rd & the footway on W side of same, & partly by other land of sd John S., & on W partly by other land of sd John S. & partly by the piece land next described

Also a piece land in length E to W 76ft & in breadth N to S 35ft, bounded on N & S by other land of sd John S., on E by pt of the piece land before described, & on W by pt of sd field of sd Wil Anthony F. now converted with this piece of land into a rd to be called Canton St. (Small marginal plan)
