In consideration of £1000, from Archibald Grant, late of Chichester, but now of Bolton Row, near Piccadilly, co. Middx., esq., and Anna Maria, his wife, to Philadelphia Russell of Chichester, spinster.
Capital messuage [as in nos. 248, 249], in occ. of Edward Long, esq.; freehold building sometime since used as a malthouse and storehouse or granary over the same but now used as a theatre or playhouse and for such other like purposes, late in occ. of Thomas Geere and son and George Parvin, now of Thomas Collins and [James] Davis; coach houses [as in nos. 248, 249] are agreed to be assigned.
Also, Covenant to levy fine.
