White requests that they attend a meeting at Freemasons' Tavern on 7 June to discuss arrangements for the forthcoming Country Feast [Item AR/1146/5a]; List of names including [James] Barraty, [Henry] Clements, [Josiah] Seward, [William] Williams, [John] Child, [S N] May, [James] Jacks and [?] Huttley including details of those members attending the meeting of the Board of Country Stewards on 7 June and noting the date of the Hall Committee held on 31 May 1796 [Item AR/1146/5b]

Country Steward's Lodge was granted a warrant by the Moderns' Grand Lodge on 25 July 1789 and met as No. 540 at the Guildhall Coffee House, Gresham Street, London. In 1790 the Lodge moved to the Freemasons' Tavern, Great Queen Street, London. The Lodge was renumbered as No. 449 in 1792. The Lodge made its last payment in 1799 and lapsed about 1802.
