Lease of 68 Kingsland High Street and the purchase of the associated drapers business. Henry George Shobbrook acquiring from Joseph Falkner (who in turn purchased in 1877).
With legal bill in Shobbrook v Lewis, 1887; Hackney Council notices re lamps and drains 1902-03 and builder's bill for sundry repairs. Solicitor's bill for surrender of lease, 1904.
