Description

A.seised of lands for life leaves them to his 3 eldest sons in tail male. If none to any other sons of his in tail. If none to A. and heirs for ever. If any of 3 eldest sons inherit & have a son of 14 years they may revoke the uses limited to them but have no power to limit any new uses.

Use limited to A. & heirs is the old Reversion & therefore cannot be altered by any of the 3 eldest sons. Reversion may be grantable ever(?) & this may be done by bargain & sale for a year and confirmed for ever.
