For relief from damage caused by stoppage, dams, and neglect of drains, especially Thorney Dyke or Willowshall Drain, and a sluice made by the Duke of Bedford's agent in a new river cut by him from Thorney to Whittlesey, which stops up Thorney Dyke and takes water from Morton's Leam.
