Thanking Sybil and Dick for their Christmas card and gift. Remembering happy days in the New Forest over 40 years earlier and thinking of her on her birthday. Saying that she will be 70 the next August, talking of her health and Sybil’s change from milk production. Hoping Sybil will call and see her if she visits Cecil. Tells her of Audrey and Pam who were evacuated to Sybil in 1937. Says that Cecil and Thea are at Rock in Cornwall. Signed “your old sister, Beryl”.
