In pursuance of two Acts of Parliament passed in 1st and 2nd year of Victoria (re providing houses for the beneficed clergy). In pursuance of agreement and consideration of £1,700 to the Governors of the Bounty of Queen Anne for the augmentation of the maintenance of the poor clergy....12 acres, Rectory and other buildings, now too large for their purpose Plan attached.
