Description (What the record is about)
-
In answer to a letter of condolence on the decision of the title case
Expresses their gratitude. Observes that the opposition of the Lord Chancellor and Lord Chief Justice 'left us little reason to hope for justice'. Hopes that 'our Dear Brother' will have the fortitude to bear the disappointment after every effort has been made to establish his rights. Hopes that the P[rince] R[egent] will do what 'he hath so often professed and lose no time in remunerating him for near 7 years expense and anxiety'
