of John Gunning of Dublin, Gent

Bequeathing to eldest son, Robert Gunning - all his lands of Clonmurly, Cty of Roscommon

to son John - £400 (at age of 21)

to daughter Mary - £600 (at age of 18 or on marriage, which ever be sooner)

to brother Bryan G and to brother-in-law Richard Giraghty - £25 each

to son-in-law Robt Gibton - £25

to nurse Alice Masterson - £25

to friends Ald Robt Mason, Mr Jn Shepheard and Mr Jn Tyrrell - £1-1-0 each to buy mourning rings

Residue to son Robert G

to be jt executors
