Cambridge, yeoman: all lands, tenements, pastures, meadows, etc., in DULLINGHAM or any other town nearby now in the occupation of Edward Morley, reserving to said William Whiston all timber, woods, underwoods: to hold the said lands for a term of 12 years from feast of St. Michael the Archangel last past at a yearly rent of £72 payable in equal portions at the feasts of the Annunciation of B.V.M. and of St. Michael the Archangel.
