Appoints guardians of his son Thomas Pelham and daughter Henrietta Pelham who are to maintain the house, stables, outhouses and gardens at Stanmer, preserve the fruit and other trees and plant new ones, and maintain the walls and fences; lease of Wootton at Chiltington in Westmeston, held of the dean and chapter of Canterbury, 'to be always full of three lives'
