1 messuage, occupied as a public inn, with stable, brewhouse, other buildings and lands (annual rent 2d) in Rawtenstall surrendered or to be surrendered to Henry Haworth, formerly of Lee now of Rawtenstall, as feoffee in trust bequeathed to George Hoyle her son, subject to the payment of £100 apiece to her other sons James and Joshua or to their respective lawful issue, the feoffee being empowered to raise a mortgage if necessary for the payment of these legacies; the residue to the above George Hoyle. Exec: G.H. and H.H
