Recitals death of Samuel Ongley, the nephew, without male issue. Robert and Ann Henley are dead. John and Samuel died as infants.

Robert Henley inherited the life interest in the rents of the estate

AND assumed the name Ongley in addition to Henley. He was later created Baron Ongley of the Kingdom of Ireland. He married Frances Gosfright and died in 1785, leaving two sons (Robert, the late Lord Ongley and Samuel Henley Ongley Esq) and four daughters.
