2. Richard Dovnes of Suton' gent.
Acquittance and receipt for twenty marks which Richard Dovnes or Roger Dovnes of Worthe, John Worthe of Tydryngton' Esq., and Reginald Dovnes were under obligation to pay under Bond, for the marriage of the said Margery. Subscribed in English: "Thys ys ye dede of me laurans lyuerseg' & Margery ux/ And therto I ue sam laurano' sette my sayll - sayne/manuell.".
