Expresses pleasure that Mrs Fawcett attended a lecture of his and found a measure of agreement with its content. Remarks on his reading of Wordsworth. Manuscript.
Attached: Copy in Mrs Fawcett's hand of her letter to Trevelyan, 10 Oct 1919, saying that she enjoyed his lecture at Bedford College, and hopes it will be published. Points out a passage to Dorothy Wordsworth's letter which proves that William volunteered (to fight the French), which she felt Trevelyan had not represented correctly
