(c) 10 lots of Garden land in Blunham with benefit of and subject to various rights of way from Grange Road (each c 5a)

(d) 2 lots of similar Garden land in Chalton, Moggerhanger

(e) Stone stud and thatch cottage called Swading Cottage,Sandy with yard, outbuildings small orchard, garden ground in occupation of G J Millard
