Stafford, yeoman: (i) the messuage with appurtenances called Scotts Hayes with all outhouses, buildings, etc., thereto belonging now in the tenure of said Thomas Charles situated in the parish of KINGS BROMLEY, co. Stafford (ii) all those grounds called the Millfields lying in HANSACRE, co. Stafford and likewise in the tenure of said Thomas Charles: to hold the same to the said Thomas Charles from the feast of the Annunciation next following for a term of 9 years paying annually the sum of £31 rent.
