1. William Penington of Bandrighead in Furnessfells, Lancashire, weaver.
2. John Chamney of Dubbergill, Furnessfells aforesaid, shoomaker.
Agreement: (1) agrees to support and maintain the west side of the beck called Coultonbeck belonging to (2) between the fields called Crookdale and Tweebecks; (2) is freed from repairing the bank due to flooding of Crookdale.
Witnesses: Edward Walker, James Poslet, Thomas Scotson.
