Recital: Will, 20 January 1770, of George Harrison, father of Jackson Harrison
Premises: all that dwelling house with appurts. in the Market Place, Kendal, heretofore called the Wheatsheaf with the shops, stables and haylofts belonging, purchased by George Harrison of William Chamberlain and James and Mary Wetherhead; also the yearly burgage rent of 6s. 8d. issuing from a certain shop being under part of the said messuage and premises and now belonging to Thomas Jackson; except and reserved from the conveyance all that dunghill stead adjoining the other messuages and premises late of George Harrison, the same to be inclosed by a good wall from the premises hereby granted and the wall to be repaired by (1), their heirs and assigns; also all that shop and backcellar on the south side of the Market Place, Kendal and in the grant abovementioned, being of the yearly burgage rent of 7s., heretofore purchased by George Harrison from Edward Nicholson
