Presented by Mr Page in response to a request by Kingston MSC Oral History Project when he was interviewed in 1986. Transferred to archives, April 1987.
Mr Page, now (1987) living in Babbacombe, Torquay, was a police sergeant in the Metropolitan Police and lived and worked in Kingston between 1932 and 1942. His reminiscences of his Kingston days have been deposited as KX56. Although the present volume contains no references to Kingston it has been thought appropriate to keep it, along with his Kingston reminiscences, both written and oral, with the Borough archives. A copy has been sent to the Bradford Heritage Recording Unit.
