Exemplification of recovery suffered at Westminster in Hilary Term 20-21 Charles II [1668/9] by Sampson Baker, plaintiff, against Francis Willughby gent. with George Ferrers as the first vouchee of the manors of Baddesly alias Baddesley Clynton and Kingswood with appurtenances and other lands in Baddesley Clynton, Kingswood, Packwood, Knowle, Rowington and Lapworth together with the advowson of Baddesley Clynton Church. see DR 3/ 620.
