Description

1. John Penington, William Keen, William Penington, Thomas Towers, Christopher Penington, of Bandracke Head in Furnessfells, Lancashire, yeomen; William Penington of Abateparke in Furnessfells aforesaid, yeoman.

2. As (1).

Sum: £100.

Condition: Each promises to pull down fences illegally put up by James and Thomas Scotson of Abateparke to enclose a parcel of freehold common. They also agree to pay equal shares of any charges incurred by so doing.
