Feoffment in a parcel land in the Lower Town, Bridgnorth, late parcel of and inclosed out of messuages and lands in the Mill Street sold and conveyed to Bickerton by Gitton and Ryder by lease and release of 24 and 25 March. This parcel was intended to be excepted out of the release. It extends from the street E to an orchard or parcel land belonging to the inheritance of Richard Creswell esq. cont. in length 46 yards and in breadth 10 ft, fenced on both sides by a stone wall.
Warranty. Covenant for quiet possession and for furtherassurance.
