Particulars and conditions of sale of arable and pasture land at Box End, Kempston to be sold by auction by Stafford Rogers and A W Merry Limited at their Estate Sale Room, No 80 High Street, Bedford on May 21st 1921 by direction of the trustees under the will of the late Rev F A La Trobe Foster, deceased.
(a) Arable and pasture land containing 68a 2r 7p (OS 18-25)
(b) Small holding containing 17a 1r 18p (OS 13-17)
Both lots are in occupation of C E Frossell who has received notice to quit on 29th September 1921; and both are scheduled with field names given.
Conditions of sale derive title from will dated 24th February 1898 of a testator entitled under intestacy in 1858.
