Hewett - the said Francis Huett covenanted to convey by Fine to Gunter and Bird all his share and interest of and in the manors of Mersham, Fodder Mersham, Fodder mersh and Pett And of and in the scite, capital messuage and demesnes of Preisthawes And of and in all messuages, lands, &c. of James Thetcher, esq. decd., William Thetcher and John T Thetcher, sons of the said James Such Fine to be for the purpose of a Recovery to be suffered to the said John Dand
