ii) Peter John Bassett, Leighton Buzzard, gentleman
(i) is bound to (ii) in £5590
reciting that (i) has agreed to pay to (ii) an annuity of £300 for 99 years if he should live so long.
Consideration for purchasing such annuity is £2995.
On day previous to the execution of this Bond (ii) paid to (i) the sum of £2995 in Bank of England notes.
Now if (i) pays to (ii) £300 by equal half yearly instalments in common dining hall of Middle Temple, London, and a proportion up to the date of death of (ii), then bond void
