Warwick, spinster, and Catherine Hay of the same, spinster, to Thomas Matthews of the same, needle-maker, and Thomas Snow of Alcester, same county, gent., his trustee reciting DR 36/84-85 above in consideration of £42 of a cottage and premises in Studley.

Witnesses: Solomon Shrimpton, needlemaker, Studley, John Snow, solicitor, Alcester.
