(A) Ralph Nevill (Viscount Nevill), eldest son of Henry [Nevill], Earl of Abergavenny; (b) Mary Ann Bruce Elcock of Sloane Street in St Luke Chelsea, Middlesex, spinster (aged 17), (c) her mother Mary Sophia Elcock of Sloane Street, widow; trustees (George Maximilian Bethune of Worth Rectory, Doctor of Laws, Richard Addison of Staple Inn, Middlesex, gent, Edward Bowman of Soho Square, Middlesex, esq and Emanuel Allen of Carlisle Street in St Ann, Westminster, Middlesex, gent)
Recites: MABE at 21 will become entitled to estates and funds (listed in schedule) under the will of her grandfather John Elcock of King's Street in St Anne Westminster, esq, 7 Nov 1800; intended marriage of RN and MABE
RN agrees that when his wife reaches 21 they will assign her inheritance to the trustees in trust for her or those she may direct and after her death in trust for RN if he survives, remainder in trust for their child or children except an eldest son
Covenant by RN, if he survives his father, to assign to the trustees all the estates in Kent, Sussex and Wales to which he shall then be entitled as tenant in tail in possession, for a term of 99 years in trust to raise an annuity of £1,500 as dower for MABE and £20,000 to be held in trust for their child or children except an eldest son
Schedule includes fourth parts of houses in Holland Street and the moiety of a garden plot in Kensington and moieties of houses in Denmark Street, Old Compton Street and King Street, Soho (tenants named).
