Folios 749-750. Letter from Charles Wright, Clerk to the Guardians of the Mitford and Launditch Poor Law Union, to the Poor Law Board, informing the Board that the sum of £50 mentioned in his letter of 14 March 1870 was recommended by the Assessment Committee.
Copy of extract from Union Assessment committee minutes agreeing to allow Wright £50 for services as in previous years.
Copy of extract from guardian's board meeting 14 March 1870. Resolved on recommendation of assessment committee Wright be paid £50 as Clerk to Assessment Committee.
Annotated: 'Sanction.' 23 March 1870.
