Comprises the following, compiled by 7 Field Survey Company, Royal Engineers and Survey of Egypt:. 2 survey observation books of angular measurements (30 x 26cm). Most pages are loose. Page headers are in Arabic. Dated 1917. (No. 07042; Cn 301 E(3)). 82 folios of survey observations relating to the Rafa baseline. Dated 1917. (No. 7019). 18 folios of unidentified survey observations. Dated 1918. (No. 07042). 1 Field Message Book (13 x 18cm) containing horizontal and vertical angle measurements and field sketches. Many pages loose. Dated 1917. (No. 07042). 1 Correspondence Book (21 x 16cm) containing Triangulation from Gaza observations and an Index to Angle Books. Many pages loose. Dated 1918. (No. 07042). 1 observation book (21 x 16cm) containing angular measurements, azimuths, coordinates and miscellaneous data. Also 1 folio inserted. Dated 1919. (No. 07044; PB 5372; 19/2256). 6 observation books (17 x 10cm) relating to the Auja baseline. Dated 1918. Also original envelope/wrapping. (No. 07016; Cn 301 E(3)).
