a. Brief for the defendants. Mrs. Ping charges them with having wrongfully entered upon her premises at the Cross, pulled down the walls and built others, so reducing the size of her property and taking away part of her tenants' shops. The alterations were made under the Improvement Act of 43 Geo.III, and she asserts that the Corporation or the Commissioners under the Act are the real defendants.
