Harlington

Sale, by direction of the Rev. W.A. Partridge, with Title to the main part of the property commencing with the Will dated 13th Sept., 1831, of Harriot Penyston and the Will of Frances Penyston (died 1873) and including the sale of 170/1/32 acres of land at Wood End Farm:

- Wood End Farm, with homestead, Dutch Barn, Cowhouses, and pair of brick built cottages, comprising 153/2/10 acres with land in parishes of Tingrith, Toddington and Westoning (Lot 1)

- freehold land in Westoning (Lots 2-4)

- a 'newly erected villa residence' known as "Tithe Cottage" in the centre of Westoning (Lot 5)

- Sale held at the Swan Hotel, Bedford

- Solicitors: Radcliffes and Hood, 28 Old Queen Street, Westminster SW 1

- Also contains coloured plan showing location of Lots
