Papers of Sir James Thynne. Included are: -

1. Papers relating to the quarrels between Sir James Thynne and Sir Thomas Thynne, sons of the first marriage of Sir Thomas Thynne (d. 1639) on the one side, and Katharine, Lady Thynne, the widow and two of her sons of the second marriage viz, Henry Frederick Thynne and Theo-philus Thynne with whom wasacting, Lord Keeper Coventry 1639-1643 ff. 1-43.
