To PA/101/8/153's fair version which gives G. Singer's address as Coundon Court, Warws.; the testator revokes G.H. Hayward's executorship, forgives his own brother his debts and leaves his sister another £500: he cancels the clause about the business' disposal and the twelve calendar months' limit on the trustees' management of it - instead, the testator authorizes his trustees to to convert the business into a limited company within twelve calendar months of his death with power to issue deben tures, form an unregistered company, settle articles of association, act as directors, appoint new directors, vest company shares (which are part of his estate) in whomsoever they wish, or lend his estate-money to the company (which operates from Alma St., Coventry and 17, Holborn Viaduct [, London]).
