(a) For the greater part of premises:

Recites 12 Aug 1843 Will of Prince Adolphus Frederick Duke of Cambridge and codicils 1845, 1849.

July 1850 Duke dies leaving estate to Prince George.

(b) Small piece of land near the London and S.W. Bank.

April 1864 Philip Matthews of Linton, Hereford to George Picknell.

1864 George Picknell of London Road Kingston, butcher to Duke of Cambridge.

Being land formerly part of Norbiton Common, part of enclosure allotment number 1776 in respect of Blagdon Farm owned by Philip Matthews of Linton. Near New Malden Station (L. & S.W.R.) and adjoining road from Coombe to Old Malden with frontage of 80', being 686 sq. yds.

(c) Remainder of property.
