Notice (letter of attorney) by Nicholas Clyfe perpetual vicar of the church of St. Constantine to William Pryske and Richard Bosvarwhyn - power to grant full and peaceful seisin to John Tolven and Joan his wife (daughter to John Wylle of Trenansmeor (Trenance in Mullion) all his lands and tenements in the vills of Tolvenvenet and Caurthour Wolas (Calvadrack and Carthew in Wendron) with common pasture in the wastes and moors of Boskenven (Boskenwyn in Wendron) and in all his lands and tenements in the vill of Mullion and in the field of Halas. Sealing clause.
