The Hudlestons also were mortgagees of Mr Gilpin here. In the end (1756), Stephenson sued Gilpin, Hudleston, Peter How, Hicks, and others, for the purchase of the property.
This bundle also includes a case sent by Andrew Hudleston for opinion, concerning the family settlement of the Earl of Ranelagh's family, 1708; case dated 1758.
