Letter from Fras. Allen to Rev. Richd.J.Davies Mr. Davies has now signed an agreement for purchase of the Marrington timber at £1130 according to R.J.D's instructions but not paid any deposit. His sureties for payment, half on 2 February next & the other half on 24 June 1844 are Mr. William Simmons & Mr. Samuel/Simmons of Snead, & Allen thinks them responsible for the purpose.
