1a. Sir Charles Kemeys Tynte of Halswell, Somerset, bart.
b. Rev. Sir Edward Ernle of Avington, Berks, bart. doctor of laws (who with James Shuttleworth and William Blackstone both deced. were trustees of Mary Eleanora Burdett late Mary Eleonora Jones, spinster).
2a. Sir James Langham of Cottesbrooke, Northants, bart.
b. said Sir Edward Ernle (who together with Sir Thomas Samwell, bart. and said William Blackstone both deced. were trustees of Dame Elizabeth Jones late Elizabeth Jones, spinster).
3a. Sir William Jones of Ramsbury Manor, Wilts, bart.
b. said Dame Elizabeth Jones, wife of 3a.
c. Francis Burdett of Castle Hill in parish of Eling, Middx, esq.
d. said Mary Eleanora Burdett, wife of 3c.
(3b. and 3d. are only sisters and co-heirs at law of William Jones late of Ramsbury Manor, esq. deced. who was eldest son and heir at law of William Jones late of the same place, esq deced. who survived Richard Jones his 2nd only bro. who died an infant under the age of 21 yrs. and which said William Jones the father was the only bro. and heir at law and also devisee in fee in the will of Samuel Jones late of Ramsbury Manor, esq. deced. of the premises).
(subject only to life interest of Margaret Booth and an estate bail in said Richard Jones deced. in the premises which are both spent).
4a. James Duberley of parish of St. Paul Covent Garden, Middx. esq.
b. Thomas Lane of the same parish, gent.
SUBJECT OF TRANSACTION:
Premises as cat. no. Blake/I/v/7.
Recites cat. nos. Blake/I/v/5-6 and that 4. have contracted to purchase the premises.
In consideration of £5,670 paid by 4. to 1. and 2. with the consent of 3. and of 5/- paid to 3. by 4. 1. and 2. at the request of 3. release the premises to 4. their heirs and assigns for ever but as to the estate of 4b. in trust for 4a. his heirs and assigns.
CONSIDERATION:
£5,670 to 1. and 2. from 4. 5/- to 3. from 4.
