James Millington, of Sheffield, saw manufacturer, devisee under TT/117/8, with his father, Samuel Millington, of Sheffield, yeoman, and Samuel's wife, Elizabeth, both annuitants under TT/117/8, to John Simpson, of Sheffield, gent. The premises as TT/117/4. To secure a principal of £300 with interest at 5% p.a. Also the mortgage term in TT/117/7 assigned to Simpson to attend the inheritance. James Millington released from the annuities to his father and mother.
